Manitoba Hydro’s Home Energy Efficiency Loan (HEEL) offers our customers a convenient and affordable option to help make energy efficiency upgrades to their home. The monthly loan payment is  simply added to the utility bill! You must be the owner of the property in which energy improvements are made and have an active MB Hydro account in good standing.
